region? How about your own listings. How are you showcasing your
high-end listings? Are your agents able to update their listing
information on the fly? Are you showcasing your agent profiles and
contact information? Is your CRM back end helping you to build customer
loyalty? Are your agents on a uniform email system so that you can
ensure timely followups?
As a broker, you're not just obligated to have a website. You need
to show your potential buyers that you are THE broker in town to
do business with. YOU have the infomation and YOU have the pulse
of the market. Your communication lines are 100% open, and you're
gonna bring this thing to the closing table.
